Customer Service responsibilities:
Understand customers' demand, get calls and answer customers related to products' usage, price, points of sales, promotion, point of gift exchange, complaint cases, and others.... by phone
Check customer's satisfaction
Manage customers database
Daily searching news
Weekly inviting customers to join Customer gathering (CG)
Weekly hosting customer gathering
Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
Handle Complaint case from consumers, retailers and distributors.
Do reports on complaints cases.
Key in customers database from other sources
Update & send E-birthday card to loyal customers
Monitor Rohto website, fan page & update news relating to products, promotion campaign, Company's activities, web banners, Print Ads, TVCs, hot news, product shots...
Manage content, activities on Youtube channel & and Zalo page.
Compose E-magazine contents and make layout
Administrative Tasks:
Maintain office supplies, including stationery and sales materials.
Assist the Administrator in managing office assets and maintenance.
Coordinate with external couriers to ensure timely and reliable mail distribution.
Handle various clerical duties such as filing, copying, typing, and faxing.
Manage and process expenses related to utilities, deliveries, and other payments.
Collect, organize, and file office reports and statistics promptly.
Ensure office security and control access at the reception desk.
Assist in arranging and preparing meetings, conference rooms, and teleconference calls.
Support employee onboarding and off-boarding procedures.
Assist in coordinating training activities and company events.
Perform additional assigned tasks as needed.
