Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the products or services offered by the organization.
Address customer inquiries, process requests for order adjustments, and meticulously record issues or concerns for subsequent email communication.
Collaborate with team members and various departments to update customers on order status and resolve issues related to order placement and shipping, ensuring service quality and timely delivery in accordance with Terms and Conditions and company policies.
Follow up on invalid orders, providing customers with updates on order status, addressing missing information, and resolving issues related to stocking and delivery.
Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Provide timely and effective resolutions to customer queries through follow-ups and escalations when necessary.
Generate regular reports for the Customer Experience Manager (CXM) on a scheduled basis.
Yêu cầu
Experience in Customer Service /Fulfillment & Logistics is a plus
Ability to maintain a courteous and calm manner to de-escalate stressful situations effectively.
Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
Proficiency in English (bilingual language skills are a plus).
Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with other departments and team members.

Working time: Assigned weekly by direct manager, 2 days off per week
+ First shift: 9:00 - 12:30 (office)
+ Second shift: 14:00 - 18:00 (office)
+ Third shift: 20:00 - 24:00 (remote)
