Office's location: Location: 27C Nguyen U Di, Thao Dien Ward, District 2, Ho Chi Minh
First 3 months: Coming to the office 5 days/ week
After probation period: Flexible with 2 days WFH/ week
Who are we?
Yedda is an AI company that aims to improve clients' performance by providing visibility to data that has historically been difficult to access. We do this by analysing feeds from existing CCTV systems and measuring selected visual actions in real time. Yedda helps customers drive performance, detect fraud, and make better decisions.
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze sales data and propose solutions to increase sales
- Identify customer needs
- Promote training sessions to grow knowledge of the product among the client's organization and to develop customer service skills
- Visit existing clients to support in data processing that allows the company to expand business and improve relationships with key decision-makers at the customer side
- Position Yedda as a high-value supplier
- Resolve phone, walk-in, mail, fax, and email customer inquiries
- Contact customers to provide accurate feedback on the progress of their inquiries
- Provide outstanding customer service and update customer information as required
- Maintain confidentiality of information
- Collect market information and report to relevant Business Unit Managers
- Perform other duties as needed
Benefits
- Compensation: 22M gross VND/ per month + bonus
- Working time: 5 days/ week, from Monday to Friday
- No night shift
- 2 days WFH might be flexible (earlier/ later depending on employees' alignment with the Business Unit lead)
