Mô tả công việc

- Work from home-online working.
- Analyze and flexibly handle the enquiry information that sales provide.
- Responsible for checking and negotiating prices with shipping lines/airlines/co-loaders.
- Scope of work: Export/ Import both Sea and Air, also Courier.
- Looking for partners with competitive prices on US/Canada routes: Airline/ Steamship line/ Console/Vendor.
- Check the sailing schedule, free time, cut off time and other necessary information as required by Sales.
- Send shipping company information to Ops department after Sales closes the booking so that Ops can place the booking and handle the shipment.
- Coordinate with other departments to handle arising problems.
- Collaborating with sales and marketing departments on developing and implementing competitive pricing strategies.
- Ensure to provide fast, competitive rate for the sales/marketing department.
- Research and update market situation.
- Build a good relationship with shipping lines, airlines, and co-loaders.
- Developing dynamic pricing tools to effectively respond to changing market needs and trends.
-Contact US customer to handle import/ export shipment from/ to US/ Canada.
- Booking space, making bill, DO, AN, debit note to the client, service contract to carrier, agency...
- Follow trucking, customs US, SOA , report with co worker.
*Job type: Full - time (online working), Local time in Viet Nam from 21:00 PM to 5:00 AM.

Yêu cầu

- Experience: 2-3 years or more in Pricing, Ops position (experience in US/CA trade is an advantage)
- Female: not more than 35 years old.
- Graduated from University/College majoring in import and export industry foreign trade.
- English: must possess good communication skills (both oral and written).
- Computer Literate: Must be computer literate with a in Word and Excel.
- Ability to work independently and well in a team.
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
- Perseverance, hard work, dedication to work.
- Have an eagerness to learn.
- Desire to work stably, long-term.
- Organized: Must be highly organized, can multi-task, has good time management skills and attention to detail.
- Confidential: Must be able to maintain Confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
- Interpersonal: Must possess strong interpersonal skills (both verbal and written).
- Self-motivation: Having a positive attitude, strong sense of urgency, and the initiative to work independently.
- Conflict resolution: Have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish a rapport with others. Know how to be persuasive with the ability to stay calm.
