Mô tả công việc
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to support our customers across various channels including messaging, SMS, and email from platforms such as Etsy, TikTok, and more. The ideal candidate will:
- Provide prompt and helpful responses to customer inquiries via various channels (messaging, SMS, email).
- Manage order status updates and address customer questions and concerns.
- Resolve complaints and negative reviews effectively.
- Send proactive emails to confirm orders and address order-related issues.
- Report regularly to your team leader on progress and any issues.
- Collaborate with other teams to find solutions to customer problems.
Yêu cầu
- Prior experience in Print on Demand (POD) or a similar customer service role is a plus.
- Excellent written and spoken English (IELTS 6.5 or higher).
- Strong customer service skills, empathy, and the ability to handle challenging situations.
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle a high workload and work effectively under pressure.

- Competitive salary: 8,000,000-10,000,000 VND/month, negotiable based on experience.
- Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30 AM-5:30 PM, Sat 8:30 AM-4:30 PM
