Respond to customer concerns, issues, and questions on e-commerce platforms;
Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, professionally, and politely;
Ensure all tasks are completed within the required time frame set by the department procedures (SLA);
Handle product returns and refunds on the e-commerce platforms according to company and platform policies;
Collect and process negative feedback from customers;
Compile and report customer feedback regularly to relevant departments;
Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by leader/ manager.
WORKING TIME: Monday - Friday: [protected info] & 13:00 - 17:00, Saturday: [protected info]
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Languages, or related field;
Having work experience in an E-commerce platform is a plus;
Approximately 1 year of work experience (Recent graduates are welcome to apply);
Proficiency in Google Sheet, Excel and customer service software.
Good written English skills.
Willing to learn, thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a can-do attitude;
Ability to work in teams and collaborate with other departments;
Having communication skills, problem solving and good time management.
