Mô tả công việc

• Customer service for Product Life Cycle from NPI build to MP EOL
• Get customer demand forecast and PO.
• Driver for customer order fulfillment
• Work with PP&C to arrange production schedule for delivery.
• Window for IOS report with customer as required.
• Arrange performa invoice for shipment and tax invoice for billing.
• Billing reconciliation with customer
• Make forecast, shipment, and sales revenue report weekly, monthly for Operation Projects.
• Customer business agreement and contract filing and management.
• Coordinate for customer quality claim with PM in NPI and QA team in MP
• Make business flow with customers and with NanoFab business unit.
• Operation-oriented job nature
• 从新产品导入(NPI)建立到量产终止(EOL)的产品生命周期的客户服务
• 获取客户需求预测和采购订单
• 驱动客户订单履行
• 与生产计划与控制(PP&C)部门合作,安排生产计划以便交付
• 根据需要与客户进行交付窗口的IOS报告
• 为装运安排形式发票和用于结算的税务发票
• 与客户进行账单对账
• 制作运营项目的周度、月度预测、装运和销售收入报告
• 客户业务协议和合同的归档和管理
• 与NPI项目经理和量产质量保证团队协调客户质量索赔事宜
• 与客户和NanoFab业务部门进行业务流程协调
• 以运营为导向的工作性质

Yêu cầu

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, or relevant disciplines
• Prefer customer service experience in manufacturing; preferably in Electronics, Mechanical, Injection, Optics, Automation, Medical, Automotive, Semi-conductor industries.
• International Business Trips is needed for this role.
• The person should have drive, initiative, and work on detail, with a clear focus on results.
• English or Chinese communication, oral and written skills must be good, with teamwork spirit.
