JOB DESCRIPTION:
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Individual contributor that works under limited supervision.
Applies subject matter knowledge.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Receives telephone calls which are predominantly routine, but may require deviation from standard screens, scripts and procedures.
Uses computerized system to gather information and confirm sales prompted by incoming calls.
No selling responsibilities are involved with this activity.
Typically transfers calls to appropriate person as necessary.
May answer inquiries, resolve problems, and promote products/services.
Requires general knowledge of company, products, and/or services.
