Mô tả công việc
- Responsible for providing the best experiences to customers, supervising all customer experience activities.
- Regularly check and monitor all areas in the Sales Gallery and Lobby to ensure standards are met to serve customers at all times.
- Provide professional guidance and training for new employees: guide them on procedures, operations, and customer service skills according to regulations and standards.
- Regularly update and improve skills, documents, and training program sessions for employees regarding customer service standards.
- Plan and control operational activities within the approved budget plan.
- Check the Department's daily work diary and deploy sales and marketing activities within assigned responsibilities.
- Ensure the Sales Gallery is well-maintained and visually appealing at all times, including arranging displays and restocking inventory as necessary.
- Offer solutions and ideas to enhance service processes and customer quality, resolve customer problems, requests, and complaints.
- Coordinate special events or promotions within the Sales Gallery to attract visitors and increase sales.
- Perform other assigned tasks.
- Working time: 8:00 - 17:00 (Mon-Fri).

Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 2 years of experience in related role.
- Fluent in English.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office..
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed to accommodate customer schedules.
- Good observational, organizational, management, and leadership skills.
- Attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environment.
- At least 2 years of experience in related role.
- Fluent in English.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office..
