Mô tả công việc
* Responsibilities (Identify the major responsibilities of the job holder)
1. Helping Customers
- Answer customer questions about shipments, delivery times, and costs.
- Help customers track their orders and give them updates.
- Listen to customer complaints and find solutions.
2. Supporting Shipments
- Work with the delivery team to make sure shipments arrive on time.
- Fix problems like lost packages, wrong deliveries, or damaged goods.
- Update shipment information and inform customers about any changes.
3. Keeping Records and Making Reports
- Save customer information, order details, and delivery updates.
- Make reports about delivery performance and customer satisfaction.
- Suggest ways to improve the service.
4. Working with Other Teams
- Cooperate with the warehouse team to check stock.
- Help the finance team with payments, invoices, and refunds.
- Work with the IT team to improve tracking systems.
5. Taking Care of Customers
- Support customers after delivery and answer follow-up questions.
- Build good relationships with customers and offer them promotions.

- Have experience at the same position and in Logistics company.
* Professional Qualification / Training
- Proficiency in computer software like MS Office, typing

- Good communication skills and patience.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Customer oriented mindset, clear pronunciation, efficient and "can do" attitude, good team player.
- Willing to handle overtime work.
