Mô tả công việc
Overall Role Purpose:
• Deliver Service Excellence and Customer Intimacy to Customer by delivering compelling service offerings, competitive pricing and relevant capabilities.
Key Accountabilities:
• Coordinate with BDP network, customers and carriers for shipping arrangement.
• Arrange picking up cargo, scheduling, customs formalities and requests for sea and air shipments in line with SOP, customer's requirements, carriers, local authorities.
• Communicate with customer on shipping schedule, pricing, product availability, product/shipping documentation and other requests.
• Ensure all cargo been released / delivered on time without incurring extra charges.
• Work with Vendors to arrange sea/air shipment, customs clearance and local receiving/ delivery.
• Create job files in system and others documents (debit notes/credit notes, invoices,..).
• Capture job revenue and operating costs onto system, and close job files within the specified deadline provided.
• Ensure all transactions are completely posted and processed accurately, issues are documented and solved in a timely manner.
• Be responsible for the customers' satisfaction in terms of on time customs clearance and deliveries in good condition.
• Support other tasks if required.
Yêu cầu
• Minimum 3 years of experiences in relevent positions with International Forwarding and Supply Chain services Companies
• College degree or higher qualification to be preferred
• Experiences and knowledge in Customs clearance, warehouse and distribution service offering, procedures and pricing structures
• Pro-active, good communication skill and negotiations skill
• Good discipline, high sense of accountability, well-organized, collaborative and teamwork
