Preparing the table quotation to the esteem customer , oversea agent and update if there is change from carriers
Update rate / space market situation and reserve allocation with carriers for the incoming booking shipments ( Routing : from Southeast Asia / Korea / India to USA/ CAN / ... )
Operate each shipment according to the SOP , set up all the booking process ( schedule / cargo details / price / free time/ docs instructions ) to local agents
Follow up and input new booking shipment details in daily booking report
Coordinate with oversea agent / customer and support them for any inquiry on time / in time
Make a good relationship with carriers/ worldwide agents during handle shipments
Working closely with document team to ensure AMS/ ACI / ISF filling done and support remind doc team send out pre-alert to customer / agent before deadline
Taking responsibility for customer service , solving all the matters/ problems related to operation jobs and inform to operation team / leader at the same time
Communicate with Sales/ Operation team to ensure proper flow of information regarding booking prospects and rate approvals
Handle customer enquiries, quotations and overseas agent correspondence and offering solutions
Perform and resolve customer dispute or complaint cases with care and in compliance with all internal and regulatory company's requirements and customer's standard operating procedure
Ensure customer satisfaction and feedback to customers in professional manner
Sending daily report to manager
Provide comprehensive and professional services to customers, working to acquire, retain and develop relationships
Other tasks as assigned by Head of Department
