Manage daily operation activities for both Import & Export operations:
• Export job:
− Handle daily work related to the export operation, from checking the sailing schedule to submitting the bkg until the pre-alert is complete and sent to the destination agent.
− Ensure to make or submit the correct SI or data (shipping documents, payment requests, etc.) to relevant teams or departments in time.
− Follow up on the cargo stuffing plan with the customer to ensure timely prevention and handling of possible risks.
− Solving all the matters and problems related to operation jobs
− Ensure to create, file, and update SOPs and internal systems, and make sure accurate progress is made.
− Support and cooperate with the Account Department on collecting credits and stopping bookings or operations for non-payment from customers.
− consulting with the customer to proceed with shipment with the correct document.
− Well-coordinate with all related parties at different locations to ensure appropriate & timely actions.
− Report directly to manager for any irregularity.
• Import job:
− Check import prices from agents to update for salesmen's inquiries
− Follow up with the agent and update suitable schedules and BKG confirmations for customers
− Double check the draft pre-alert to ensure the shipments depart with the correct documents or the final pre-alert.
− Monitor the progress of the cargo until it arrives.
− Collaborate with documentation PIC to update cargo progress to the customer
− Solving all the cargo problems related to operation jobs until cargo is released to CNEE
− Fulfill buying rates into the system and complete payment request to the accounting department.
− Issue debit note to the customer and coordinate with the accounting department on the customer's payments.
− Report directly to manager for any irregularity.

Experience and Qualifications
− Diploma in Freight Forwarding
− At least 1 years in the freight forwarding industry
− Solid knowledge in the shipment documentation and process requirements of both local and overseas countries
− Able to converse in both spoken and written English
