Mô tả công việc
For Export Sea
- Communicating with agents/carriers/ co-loaders/ customers... to ensure handling smoothly without any problem.
- Communicating with other teams (Sales/marketing, Accountant, Logistics...) to ensure proper to handling procedure flow smoothly.
- Prepare and update schedule, information to customer
- Issue B/L, Invoice, document requested to customer
For Export Air
- Study and follow the SOP.
- Follow rates are given by Sales division & agents.
- Place the booking with the airlines, co-loaders.
- Issue draft / final AWBs.
- Update sales and cost invoices into system.
- Track & Trace.
- Report to team leader.

Yêu cầu
- Experience working for forwarding industry at least 3 years as Export Seafreight/ Airfreight.
- Bachelor degree holder.
- Good communication within in English
- Ability to work under pressure and have good team work spirit
- Careful, dynamic and hardworking.
