Mô tả công việc
* 01 Manager
- The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for building, training and managing our new Customer Service Team in Vietnam
- Ensuring the achievement of customer service goals
- Providing effective and proactive communication to customers regarding status of services
- Liaise with Claims and other teams to ensure all internal processes are functional
- Assisting in coming up with and implementing new strategies and tactics to increase and improve customer service flow and customer service experience.

- Ensuring the achievement of customer service goals and upholding service level agreements
- Providing effective and proactive communication to customers regarding status of services

Yêu cầu
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in communication or business studies;
- 5+ years of experience within Customer Service or Call Center field and experience in a manager or assistant manager role;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Good English and Fluent Vietnamese;
- Outstanding problem solving skills;
- Ability to improvise and come up with solutions to resolve issues under time pressure;
- Excellent leadership qualities, able to coach, communicate and inspire.
