The appeal of working for "a startup" or in "the industry" just for the sake of it, is unlikely to get you anywhere this time around. We are at a stage where our interest lies in finding founding team members. We will happily expose you to strategy, planning and the entire foundation of the business if and when required.
As a Customer Success specialist you will be required to:
- Build relationships with customers while helping them implement and configure the platform
- Use email and live chat to point each question towards the right answer
- Help new users over the phone to get started (onboarding meetings)
- Answer Premium Support phone calls
- Follow existing procedures and suggest improvements
- Liaise with the Product team to ensure features correctly address requests received
- Contribute to the knowledge base to allow an increasing number of customers to be self-sufficient
- Have an opinion on new world vs old world wines
Yêu cầu
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Customer oriented and friendly with a supportive presence on Chat, e-mail and phone
- Strong verbal and communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service, retail or hospitality a plus
- Knowledge of call center technology with proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- A friendly, can do attitude
