Performing day-to-day operational activities in customer service.
Giving excellent service to customers via live chat
Provide advice to the customer about the trips and upsell the promoted trips.
Proactive supporting customers to ensure the best booking experience
Open to ideas and innovative solutions to enhance team productivity.
Achieve daily/monthly performance targets defined by the project.

Yêu cầu
Intermediate in English (Preferably with IELTS 6.5+).
Having experience in customer support or the travel industry is a plus.
Having experience with Customer Support Software such as Zendesk, Zoho, etc... is a plus.
Willing to work on holidays (x 2-3 normal salary), overtime if needed.
Discipline, honesty, critical, and high initiative.
