Mô tả công việc

Role Summary
• Do customs declaration for Import/ Export shipments: collecting, checking docs, HS code... then declare on VASS system for cargo: machinery, garment or general cargo; following up shipments status till finish customs clearance as the lead time required by customers
• Collecting and preparing CO Docs then submit on CO system of VCCI & MOIT
• Consult Customers about customs procedure for import/export in Bonded Warehouse
• Update new Circular and Decrees to Sales team from time to time, if any.
Specific Accountabilities
• Communicating with customer to collect required documents for per Import-Export shipments and CO procedure.
• Checking schedule of per Import-Export shipments then finish customs declaration to match with lead time.
• Cooperating with operation staffs to solve any issues occur in customs procedure or submitted document, if any. Also cooperating with CS Team, Trucking team to receive A/N, BL, DO and delivery plan then arrange customs procedure.
• Preparing CO Docs submit on CO system of VCCI & MOIT
• Update and consult customers related regulation about customs/ tax/CO.

Yêu cầu

Required Skills
• Computer skills with Microsoft Office software
• Good English with 4 skills: reading/writing/speaking and listening
• Diligent, detail oriented, able to work under pressure
• Experience in liquidation of processing contract and Yearly Finance Report is a plus point.
• Team works/disciplined, punctuality and honesty
Experience and Qualifications
• 3-10 years of experience in similar positions with wide knowledge to consult customers if required.
• Having working experience in Bonded Warehouse is a plus.
• Graduated from College or university major in Logistics or Foreign Trading
