Customs & Documentation Supervisor (Forwarding)

* Job summary:
We are looking for a Customs & Documentation Supervisor to lead the documentation team and ensure smooth customs clearance operations for import-export shipments. This role plays a key part in maintaining compliance, optimizing processes, and ensuring on-time delivery for customers.
* Job Description:
• Oversee and handle full sets of import-export documents, including Invoices, Packing Lists, $B/L$, and $C/O$
• Execute customs clearance procedures fluently using VNACCS/VCIS systems for both inbound and outbound shipments
• Deep understanding of HS Code classification, tax policies, and post-clearance audit procedures.
• Proven experience in working directly with Customs Authorities for shipment resolution and consultation.
• Monitor shipment schedules and progress according to lead times to ensure on-time delivery; inform related departments and customers of any updates
• Supervise, train, and arrange working schedules/shifts for the documentation team to meet KPIs and company goals.
• Coordinate with domestic customers, overseas agents, and truck drivers (including clearing cash advances) to resolve any booking or documentation issues
• Update and guide team members on changes in legal regulations, decrees, and circulars related to import/export
