Mô tả công việc
Work as a part of the Cyber Security team to support global clients.
Assist in deploying, configuring, and maintaining security systems.
Monitor logs, analyze system activities, and support troubleshooting.
Learn to operate common security tools such as Firewalls, VPN, Proxy, DNS, etc.
Support the management of network environments (LAN, Cloud, UAT/DEV, DMZ).
Help manage user access via Active Directory and SSO systems.
Coordinate with vendors on support issues, service tickets, and vulnerability handling.
Follow client's security standards and procedures strictly.
Yêu cầu
Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal) are required.
Basic knowledge of networking and cybersecurity concepts (IP, VPN, routing, firewalls...).
Familiarity with Windows or Linux OS is an advantage.
Understanding of Active Directory or user access systems is a plus.
Good problem-solving skills, eagerness to learn, and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a team and follow guidance from senior engineers.
