- Manage sales activities targeting individual and corporate customers in order to fulfill individual and team business objectives, increase transactions, and maximize the bank's profitability.
- Explore, develop, and maintain strong relationships with target customers while acting as a trusted financial advisor.
- Maintain relationships with assigned existing customers and promote cross-selling opportunities for the bank's products and services.
- Develop and implement effective sales plans to acquire new customers and generate new business opportunities.
- Identify customer needs, provide information on the bank's products and services, and propose suitable financial solutions, including loans, deposits, cards, e-banking, and other banking products.
- Conduct customer meetings, phone calls, and site visits to collect information, evaluate financial needs, and assess lending feasibility.
- Perform preliminary credit assessment, financial analysis, and prepare loan applications and supporting documents for submission to the appropriate approval authority.
- Monitor loan portfolios, maintain loan and overdue records, implement collection procedures, and propose solutions to minimize bad debts.
- Manage documents, customer information, and financial transactions in an organized, accurate, secure, and efficient manner.
- Ensure compliance with the bank's policies, service standards, credit regulations, and all applicable local laws and regulations.
- Coordinate with internal departments and stakeholders to support customer needs, daily operations, inspections, audits, and control activities when required.
- Perform other tasks assigned by management.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
- Proven experience in relationship management, lending sales, or banking
business development within banks or financial institutions.
- Solid understanding of banking products, lending practices, and credit assessment procedures.
- Ability to conduct financial analysis, credit evaluation, and risk assessment.
- Good understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, customer service, and time-management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Good command of English communication skills is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and numerical analysis.
- Highly detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and able to work effectively under pressure and in a team environment.
- Ability to pass a background check in accordance with the bank's requirements.
