and execute diverse events, earn significant event experience, and build

Responsibilities
The Event Intern is an exclusive chance for students/freshers to start their
career with corporate events, to gain experience in all aspects of event planning
and executing.
Department: Corporate Communications
● Be challenged in a full cycle of organizing an event, involving
brainstorming, planning, preparation, logistics, communication, pre-event,
set-up, execution and post-event.
● Coordinate smoothly and communicate clearly with team members,
employees, vendors, supporters and designers... to make the Event run its
best.
● Support paperwork and other tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
For fresh graduated or 3rd/4th year students in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or related major, at least a 6-month internship commitment.
Key characteristics: Friendly - Integrity - Dedication - Creativity Human Oriented - Well-Organized - Logical thinking and Detail-oriented.
Good writing and communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
Passionate about Events & Communications
Ability to work independently, and structure your own working day in line with our hybrid working mode Be able to give smart, quick solutions when the situation requires.
Openness to learning new skills and taking on new challenges
Strong skills with Microsoft Office Suite, speech clarity, customer service,
information management
