[Đà Nẵng] - Senior Manager - Property Project Development

To lead and manage the end-to-end property development pipeline across the North region, from site identification to project approval and handover. This role acts as the project lead, coordinating all functions, preparing business cases, and driving timely approvals through NSO and BKK processes.
* Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a strategic land pipeline aligned with MMVN's expansion roadmap.
- Lead due diligence and feasibility studies for potential sites, including market, legal, technical, and financial aspects.
- Prepare and present NSO proposals and Business Cases for internal review and approval.
- Develop and submit approval decks for BKK Property Meetings, ensuring alignment with internal strategy and financial KPIs.
- Coordinate cross-functional project execution with Legal, Construction, Finance, and Controlling teams.
- Supervise Site Development Managers, guiding them in site assessment, documentation, and authority liaison.
- Flag risks, propose mitigation plans, and ensure timelines are followed for each project.
- Represent Property North in meetings with external stakeholders (e.g., People's Committees, consultants).
- Support leasing-related decisions when required
