Train, coach & develop staff on regular and emerging challenges
Person at this job must be technically sound on all aspects of dairy farming and must keep himself updated with modern developments
Have good knowledge of milk industry and current ongoing trends
Convince farmers on modern technologies to be implemented at their farms bearing all expenses by farmers themselves
Requires a unique set of skills to perform job
Must have strong negotiation skills
