The Job
- Take ownership, manage, and be fully responsible for the success of mobile projects in terms of timeline, quality, cost, and release to end-users.
- Develop detailed project plans including schedules, resources, budgets, deliverables, and key milestones.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PO, UI/UX, Developers, QA/Testers) to propose, validate, and implement solutions.
- Coordinate and support project members to ensure timely delivery with high quality.
- Manage, motivate, and drive the project team to achieve objectives.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, while developing contingency plans.
- Monitor project performance and report progress/status to stakeholders regularly.
- Ensure effective communication among project team members and related departments.
Your Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Project Management, leading teams of 5-10 members.
- Strong ability to quickly research, analyze, and understand system knowledge and key technical/technological points.
- Experience managing product/business teams in startups or personal business projects is a strong advantage.
- Good knowledge of mobile ecosystems (Google Play Store / Apple App Store) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of mobile development (Android/iOS programming) is an advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- English communication skills are an advantage (not mandatory).
