DAS SW / TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER - AUTOMOTIVE
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate technical activities for Radar / ADAS software development projects throughout the product development lifecycle.
Perform high-level collaborative design of integrated solutions in compliance with formal ASPICE processes.
Work closely with the Software PM to identify and develop optimal technical solutions for project challenges.
Analyze and accurately identify customer requirements for Radar systems, including function implementation and system interfaces.
Define and provide estimates for integrated system solutions based on customer requirements and project needs.
Participate in system-level technical discussions and solution design activities.
Coordinate technical activities across software development teams to ensure alignment of integrated solutions.
Lead and participate in design quality reviews and ensure the quality of software and technical deliverables.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other engineers.
Take primary technical responsibility for assigned software modules of ADAS products.
Analyze existing engineering processes and recommend improvements to policies, procedures, and technical practices.
Monitor technical challenges and support the team in identifying appropriate solutions.
Collaborate with customers and internal engineering teams on technical requirements, system interfaces, and solution proposals.
Support software development, integration, validation, and technical quality activities.
Prepare and review technical documentation, reports, and project deliverables.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Department Manager.
Requirement:
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.
More than 5 years of experience in Embedded Systems.
Strong experience with embedded development tools, especially:
Rhapsody
Polyspace
WindIdea
DaVinci
DOORS
PTC
Experience with simulation and development tools such as Vector CANoe or equivalent.
Strong experience with C, C++, and CAPL.
Strong knowledge of 32-bit MCU development, with experience in Infineon TriCore MCU.
Experience with Bare Metal OS, RTOS, and Multi-core development.
Experience with AUTOSAR is preferred.
Strong knowledge of automotive communication and diagnostic protocols, including:
CAN
LIN
Ethernet
TCP/IP
J1939
UDS
Experience with Cybersecurity development or Functional Safety development in at least one of these areas.
Experience with CI/CD and Automation Development is a plus.
Experience with FBL / Boot Software development is a plus.
Familiarity with software process maturity models such as ASPICE and/or CMMI.
Fluent English communication skills.
