1. Data Analysis and System Management
- Cooperate with other departments (BI, IT, Marketing, Operations, Merchandising) for jobs related to data analysis and query data
- Data Tracking & Reporting: Track and monitor member data, generating comprehensive reports for regular review and decision-making. Analyze member behavior and engagement metrics to provide actionable insights.
- Analyze CSTM behavior, export data for other departments' action. Working with IT dept to process data cleaning, auditing monthly/ quarterly/yearly
- Cooperate with the IT Team, COM & Digital team, and Strategic team to provide appropriate data and collect necessary data
- Monthly/Quarterly statistics and reports of company performance based on collected data
2. Promotion Campaign Supporting
-Set up the system and conduct UAT testing on the web admin, app, etc., to ensure smooth campaign operations.
- Build tracking report templates for campaign metrics (schemes, KPIs, gift quantities, etc.) and ensure regular updates to support fast and visual performance monitoring.
3. Other duties

- Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by direct manager
University graduated with the major of marketing, Business, Technology
Minimum 1 year of related experience
Having experience in Marketing,
Data Analyst, E-commerce platform, retail or Membership management will be priority
Good Excel, PowerPoint skills
Good Data analyst, Chart presentation
Good command of spoken and written English (Report to Japanese Line Manager)
Good planning, organizing and time-management skills
Logical thinking, honest and careful
Good at Python, Power Query, Power BI
