As a core sales operations role, this position empowers the frontline sales team through efficient process management, precise data analysis, and administrative support. The role ensures compliant, efficient sales execution to achieve regional targets and enhance operational performance.

Sales Process & Order Management 销售流程与订单管理
o Manage the end-to-end sales process (project registration, contract review, order processing, delivery, payment tracking).
管理端到端的销售流程(项目备案、合同评审、订单处理、交付、回款跟踪)。
o Ensure adherence to internal, compliance, and trade control policies.
确保遵守公司内控、合规及贸易管制政策。
o Act as key process executor, coordinating cross-functional resources (Finance, Supply Chain, CCDM, etc.) to resolve bottlenecks.
作为核心流程执行者,协调跨职能资源(财务、供应链、CCDM等),解决流程瓶颈。
Data Management & Business Analysis 数据管理与经营分析
o Maintain sales database integrity (customer, project, contract data).
维护销售数据库的完整性(客户、项目、合同数据)。
o Generate regular sales reports (funnel, forecasts, performance) and conduct multi-dimensional business analysis.
定期生成销售报告(销售漏斗、预测、绩效),并进行多维度的经营分析。
o Monitor KPIs, identify risks, and uncover business opportunities.
监控关键绩效指标,识别风险,并发现业务机会。
Sales Administration & Meeting Support 销售行政与会议支持
o Organize sales meetings, document minutes, and track action items.
组织销售会议,撰写会议纪要,并跟踪行动项。
o Manage sales documents, archives, and contracts.
管理销售文件、档案及合同。
o Support sales team budget tracking and management.
支持销售团队的预算跟踪与管理。
o Communicate, interpret, and implement sales policies and incentive plans.
传达、解读并执行销售政策与激励方案。
o Serve as key user for sales tools, training teams and driving data quality.
作为销售工具的关键用户,培训团队并提升数据质量。
Cross-functional Collaboration 跨部门协同
o Act as the primary liaison between Sales and backend functions (Finance, Legal, HR, Product & Solution, etc.) to support business needs.
作为销售部门与后台职能部门(财务、法务、人力资源、产品与解决方案部等)之间的主要联络人,高效协同以支持业务需求。
Yêu cầu
1. Have at least 3 years of experience in project management and sales management, and
experience in data accounting, decision-making support, and KPI management.
2. Good command of Chinese (4 skills)
3. Be good at communication and proactively seek solutions to solve problems/issues.
4. Be proficient in PPT, Excel, and Word
5. Be sensitive to data and have strong logic analysis and reasoning skills.
6. Excellent experience in marketing and frontline sales.
7. Familiar with general project management experience or process operation is preferred.
