1. Procurement - Vendor Management (35%)
Source, evaluate and develop local and international suppliers.
Negotiate, prepare and manage the execution of international and domestic
purchasing contracts.
Manage, classify and evaluate supplier performance based on cost, quality and delivery criteria.
Monitor and control purchasing price history; analyze and forecast market price fluctuations.
Work with related service partners including logistics, transportation and insurance providers.
2. Order Management (35%)
International Purchasing
Work with overseas suppliers and logistics/insurance partners.
Coordinate with internal departments to place and confirm purchase orders; prepare and handle international trade documents, insurance and shipping documents.
Domestic Purchasing
Work with local suppliers and logistics/insurance partners.
Place, monitor and confirm domestic purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
3. Supply Chain Customer Experience - Sales Order Management (20%)
Receive, communicate and confirm sales orders from strategic customers.
Coordinate internally and work with the Sales Department to: o Issue quotations
Provide information on quantity, pricing, delivery schedules and delivery documents
Monitor and manage sales contracts for strategic customers.
4. Other Tasks
Perform other duties as assigned by the Direct Manager.
