Mô tả công việc
1) Underwriting and Issuance of Individual Insurance:
• Perform underwriting and issue individual insurance products (accident and auto insurance) through digital sales channels.
• Ensure accurate risk assessment, adhering to company rules, terms, rates, and underwriting processes.
2) Participate in the Establishment and Optimization of Digital Processes:
• Provide professional opinions to assist in the establishment and optimization of automated underwriting and digital issuance systems.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to promote and test new products based on digital platforms.
3) Data Management, Analysis, and Optimization:
• Analyze underwriting data, acceptance/rejection rates, loss rates, etc., to optimize the underwriting process.
• Propose updates and adjustments to regulations and underwriting processes to ensure they meet operational and data requirements.
4) Business Consulting and Operational Support:
• Provide business consulting and answers for relevant departments or digital channel partners.
• Assist in handling special cases or customer complaints related to digital underwriting.
5) Training and Knowledge Transfer:
• Participate in internal training and share product knowledge, underwriting rules, and digital system operations with relevant departments.
Yêu cầu
1) Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Insurance, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
2) Experience: 3 -5 years of experience in the non-life Personal lines insurance underwriting, with preference given to those with experience in technology applications or digital work environments.
3) Skills:
• In-depth understanding of individual insurance products and underwriting processes.
• Good data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
• Digital mindset, good at process optimization and innovation.
4) Language:
• Good English or Chinese language skills.
5) Additional Points:
• Experience with online underwriting systems or insurance digital platforms is preferred.
• Familiar with using analytical tools such as advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI, etc.
• Possession of property insurance underwriting or claims-related certifications.
