Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Manufacturing Engineer (Mechanical, $900, ID 21446):
Drive daily and weekly production scheduling, ensuring all target outputs align perfectly with the plant's capacity.
Establish, structure, and keep track of standard manufacturing procedures and relevant technical documents.
Perform data analysis on manufacturing outputs and deliver clear periodic KPI evaluations.
Take charge of assessing equipment malfunctions and isolating quality-related issues on the floor.
Partner actively with the Part Leader, Quality Assurance (QA), and Maintenance teams to carry out production line improvements.
Maintain stable machinery operations by resolving engineering concerns to achieve maximum production uptime.
Submit regular operational reports to the Department Manager (equivalent to the Production Manager).
Requirement
Gender: Male, 28 to 35 years old.
Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or closely related technical disciplines.
A minimum of 2 years of proven background in similar roles within mechanical manufacturing environments (ideally 1 to 3 years covering planning, quality control, or production engineering).
Hands-on experience with CNC machinery, including the capability of writing operational code and programs for CNC equipment.
Competent in English for both daily verbal discussions and written communications.
Fully available to work on a 12-hour rotating shift system
