Mô tả công việc
Responsible to control all QA operations, which must follow standard procedures, and cooperate with production by:
- Planning and implementing quality plans, ensuring progress as per the quality plan.
- Designing and executing quality assurance systems in accordance with the company's quality standards and processes. Reviewing quality audit reports with plant management.
- Being mainly responsible for meeting customer quality standards and maintaining effective & efficient quality control procedures throughout the factory.
- Analyzing customer complaints on quality to determine causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Representing the company to resolve quality issues.
- Arranging and conducting internal inspections from material to finished products.
- Controlling the system documentation of all customers for conclusion to work performance, analyzing causes of problems by overview, and arranging corrective & preventive action plans to solve all problems as per customer's requirements & company's regulations.
Yêu cầu
- Have more than 03 years of experience in QA/QC (Experience working in the textile garment company is a priority consideration.)
- Fluent communication in English and Vietnamese, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a team or independently.
- Ability to work under high pressure.
- Strong in supervising and management skills.
