MISSIONS
This role is responsible for organizing, governing, and developing the financial data ecosystem to support operational activities, risk management, management reporting, and decision-making within the Finance Division. The position ensures that financial data is collected, processed, reconciled, stored, and utilized in a complete, accurate, timely, secure, and compliant manner in accordance with the Company's internal regulations. Additionally, the role proactively proposes data standardization initiatives, process automation solutions, and data quality improvement measures to enhance the effectiveness and value of financial data across the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Reporting & Data Analysis
• Collect, consolidate, process, and analyze financial data from multiple sources to support management reporting, control reporting, operational performance analysis, and management requirements.
• Design, develop, and enhance periodic reports, dashboards, performance indicators, and shared datasets to ensure information is timely, user-friendly, and effectively utilized.
• Analyze data fluctuations, identify trends, detect anomalies, and recommend solutions to enhance financial governance effectiveness.
2. Data Automation & Process Optimization
• Research, recommend, and implement automation solutions for financial data collection, processing, validation, consolidation, and reporting to reduce manual effort and improve productivity.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to improve data flows, optimize tools, templates, and data operating processes, ensuring system stability and scalability.
• Monitor the effectiveness of data operations, proactively identify bottlenecks, and propose corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
3. Financial Data Governance & Standardization
• Establish, maintain, and update data structures, data catalogues, standardization rules, and usage guidelines for financial data in alignment with the Division's data governance framework.
• Validate the completeness, accuracy, and consistency of input and output data; coordinate reconciliation activities and resolve data discrepancies across related systems.
• Participate in developing and updating data standards, data quality control rules, and monitoring mechanisms for critical data within the assigned scope.
4. Data Quality Control & Risk Management
• Perform or coordinate data quality reviews, reconciliation, and monitoring activities; identify root causes of discrepancies and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Support the development of control checkpoints, risk indicators, and monitoring mechanisms related to financial reporting, management reporting, and operational data.
• Ensure all data management and utilization activities comply with internal policies regarding information security, access authorization, and data usage controls.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration & Decision Support
• Collaborate with Finance Division functions and relevant departments to gather data requirements, align KPI definitions, determine reporting scope, and establish reporting requirements for governance, control, and operational purposes.
• Provide information, analytical insights, and data clarification as required to support management and stakeholders in evaluating business performance, identifying issues, and making timely decisions.
• Participate in data, systems, reporting, and financial governance projects and improvement initiatives as assigned by management.

Yêu cầu
Education
• Degree and Major: Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Management Information Systems, Data Science, Information Technology, or other related disciplines.
• Language Proficiency: Ability to read and understand professional documentation in English.
• Preferred Qualifications: Certifications or professional training related to Data Analytics, Data Governance, Reporting Systems, Process Automation, or Risk Management are preferred.
Experience
• Minimum Experience: At least 8 years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Governance, Management Reporting, Finance & Accounting, or Data Control, including a minimum of 5 years of experience operating data systems supporting management and governance activities.
• Preferred Background: Experience working with large datasets, dashboard development, data reconciliation, report automation, or implementing and enhancing data governance and reporting solutions in a corporate environment.
