• Solid SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and optimization (especially from SAP)
• Experience in data modeling and data integration
• Understanding of ERP data structures (SAP preferred)
• System thinking with manufacturing/process understanding
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights (data storytelling)
• Capability to train and scale data usage across functions
