Job Title : Business Performance Supervisor
Location : Ho Chi Minh City
Report to : Head of Sales Planning Department
No. of subordinates : 0
I. Job Summary:
Provide holistic business performance insights, leveraging reporting to inform ongoing reviews and action plans. Monitoring the overall performance of employees and devising strategies to improve it
II. Key Roles & Responsibilities
The Business Performance Supervisor performs a wide range of duties including some or all of the following:
1. Sales Strategy and Planning (30%)
• Set strategic sales Target for sales units across the country
• Design and effectively monitor sales incentives, bonus schemes for sales units, teams and individual performers to maximize sales productivity and operational efficiency.
• Design, track and monitor effective contests, promotion campaigns for sales and customers.
• Identify opportunity to leverage and/or build programs/platforms that are scalable across the business units.
• Review and monitor the compliance of related sales policies and procedures. Develop promotional ideas and material
2. Monitoring and Reporting business activities (20%)
• Define and implement a reporting and monitoring process that will provide management with up to date business result at all time.
• Monitor performance of all activities to pre-empt and address potential issues and support sales team
3. Analyze results of overall sales (20%)
• Analyze sales and performance records/KPI, interpret results of overall sales and recommend promotion or change of conditions of loan products if any.
• Assist management in developing and reviewing the sales budget and rolling sales forecast.
• Updates market competitiveness.
4. Coordinate with other departments and relevant partners to achieve work efficiency (20%)
• Work with other relevant teams to support delivery of team's targets
• Work closely with team-members and Line Manager to achieve team's target and strategy, new project if any.
5. Ad-hoc / others (10%)
• Be ready for internal and external audit queries regarding to agent payroll.
• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Dept Head.

1. Qualification: University Degree majored in Business Administration/Finance & Banking or any related major
2. Work Experience: At least 3 years of experience of sales performance analysis in banking sector
3. Knowledge
• Retail Banking - consumer finance, Market research/trend
• Planning and develop strategy for new product, product enhancement and product redesign
• Key projects, process & performance reports
• Consumer finance product features and policy proposal
• Monitor performance and Analyze sales and performance records/KPI
• Forecasting and budgeting process
4. Skills
• Budgets and prepares financial analysis, Strong Analytical abilities, Data analysis: MS Office (Word, Excel, Access) and knowledge of Power Query, SQL, Power BI, Python is plus and knowledge of CRM
• Project management, Sales performance management
• Communication, Customer service
• Relationship management, Teamwork
• Critical thinking
