As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, transforming, analyzing, and visualizing data to provide valuable business insights. You will work closely with different departments and communicate directly with business teams to drive data-driven decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Collection & Transformation
- Gather and consolidate data from multiple sources, including databases, APIs, and external data providers.
- Cleanse, preprocess, and transform raw data to ensure accuracy and usability.
- Maintain data integrity and consistency across various systems.
2. Data Management & Relational Databases
- Design and manage relational databases, ensuring optimized performance and security.
- Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and aggregate data.
- Develop and maintain efficient database structures for reporting and analytics.
3. Statistical Analysis & Insights
- Apply statistical techniques to analyze data, identify trends, and detect anomalies.
- Utilize predictive modeling and data analysis techniques to generate actionable insights.
- Support business decision-making with well-researched data interpretations.
4. Data Visualization & Reporting
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to communicate key insights.
- Create data visualizations that effectively convey complex information to non-technical business stakeholders.
- Monitor and optimize Power BI reports for performance and usability.
5. Business Intelligence & Decision Support
- Work closely with business teams (finance, operations, marketing, and sales) to understand their data needs.
- Translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
- Present insights and recommendations to help drive business growth.
Yêu cầu
1. Educational Background
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in relational databases (e.g., PSQL, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Advanced SQL skills for data querying, transformation, and optimization.
- Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and dashboard development.
- Experience working with large datasets and handling structured/unstructured data.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis methods and tools (e.g., Python, R, Excel).
3. Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience in collecting and transforming data from different sources.
- Proven track record of creating insightful reports and dashboards for business users.
4. Soft Skills
- Ability to communicate directly with business teams and understand their needs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
