Job description:
Leads B2B Marketing Analytics using data& in-depth analysis to accelerate plan sponsor revenue growth through both acquisition and retention across all business segments.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with business partners to understand their problems and goals, develop predictive modeling, statistical analysis, data reports and performance metrics.
• Translate business problems into analytical solutions by selecting appropriate models based on business objectives, data limitations, confidence requirements
• Responsible for developing B2B campaign targeting strategy based on campaign objectives and available data
• Responsible for B2B campaign analysis and producing recommendations on personalization, cadence, sequencing, channel, and other optimizations
• Work with business partners to develop learning plans and design specific testing methods to answer those questions
• Mentor more junior team members.
Your Skills and Experience:
• Bachelor/Master's degree in Statistics, Math, Economics, or related quantitative field with 2+ years' experience
• An understanding of data warehousing concepts and ability to build and work with data from different sources efficiently
• Highly analytical with a heavy emphasis on data mining and data visualization
• Ability to demonstrate creativity to solve problems and use quantitative/qualitative skills to deliver concise, logical recommendations and drive cross-functional business decisions
• Strong ownership mindset with a willingness and ability to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty
• Excellent communication skills (written + oral)
• Self-starter, fast learner, adaptive to fast-paced working environment
• Experience with Python or SQL is a plus
