We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Data Consolidation Coordinator Intern to support our Data Analysis team. In this role, you will support data consolidation, reporting, and administrative activities by collecting, validating, and organizing information from multiple sources. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data management, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and business operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Administrative & Data Support
Coordinate with national teams and stakeholders to collect required information for reports, documentation, and operational activities.
Support communication with stakeholders to clarify data or document-related questions.
Support daily administrative activities, including data entry, data collection, report updating, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Ensure data accuracy and completeness in accordance with internal guidelines.
2. Reporting Support
Support the preparation and consolidation of weekly and monthly reports using predefined templates.
Assist in collecting data from multiple sources and ensuring consistency and accuracy.
Update tracking files and dashboards as assigned.
Enhance and maintain BI Dashboard, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
Yêu cầu
1. Qualification
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Engineering Management, or related fields.
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in handling data and documents.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Ability to work collaboratively and handle multiple tasks
Ability to follow processes, checklists, and instructions carefully.
2. Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A careful, responsible, and supportive working attitude.
Ability to work with numbers, invoices, and structured data.
Willingness to learn and support behind-the-scenes technical and administrative work.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar dashboarding platforms is an advantage.
