Data Coordinator

To form a part of our team of experts in Ho Chi Minh city, we are looking for highly motivated and logical individual with an eye for detail and flair for problem solving, who is interested in data and system.

- Division: VN IT - Fulfillment Operation
- Working place: Level 2, Broadway D, 152 Nguyen Luong Bang, District 7, Ho Chi Minh
- Working time : 7h00 Am - 4h00 Pm, Monday - Friday

Fulfilment is a business where we create product and deliver them to the end customer. Our clients are Sporting Clubs from all over Australia and the Globe, from different countries (Australia, England), different states (VIC, SYD, QLD, WA) and different kinds of Sports (AFL, NRL, FFA, ARU).

This role is to ensure data is processed on time, accurately and to provide supports to business stakeholders, to contribute to the success of delivery to the end customer, including:
1. Receive client's requests & build up the membership program
- Processing data from clients, managing from receipt to complete;
- Setting up Production Templates for Product Personalisations;
2. Maintain the membership program
- Managing Daily requests and SLA Operations;
- Managing Inventory and Users;
- Analysing and answering data queries from sales/clients/ warehouse;
- Identifying causes, effects, solutions when errors occur and fixing errors as well as implementing solutions;
- Provide data, inventory related and any ad-hoc reports as request from sales, clients or team leader
- Handle others tasks assigned by Team leader/Manager;
