- Enhancing the performance of system components that support transportation management, including daily system management and the design of solutions that best fit business requirements and operational realities.
- Providing user education and training to ensure effective utilization of the system.
- Identifying and executing specific T-Hub and end-to-end improvement initiatives focused on optimizing business operations and facilitating effective change management.
- Understand how the elements of system maintenance and optimization play a role in delivering on the underlying transportation strategies stipulated in the Transportation Management L2 from Freight Procurement through Planning and Execution to Continuous Improvement.
- Configure and coordinate with transportation partners to finish configuration and maintenance of route guides, rates, accessorial packages, transit timing, means of transport, vehicle types, planning profiles, user variants, and other configuration and maintenance required in both SAP and 3rd party solutions.
- In collaboration with regional business services and other technical support groups, assist in the development and maintenance of technical documentation and contingency provisions.
- Perform proactive system health checks targeting erroneous data and wasteful system processing scripts to ensure consistent and predictable system performance
- Capable of recommending system setup options that align with business requirements and operational workflows. Ensure comprehensive scenario coverage during the testing and pilot phases to validate that the system solution addresses all potential situations.
- Proficient in data analysis to identify and implement targeted T-Hub and end-to-end improvement initiatives that optimize business operations while facilitating effective change management.
