Mô tả công việc
Main Responsibilities:
• Import of freight forwarding data from Excel or CSV files into the internal system (e.g., Shipcheck)
• Ensuring that data is correctly structured and complete for upload
• Performing deep dives and analyses on data quality, gaps, and consistency
• Quality control of uploaded data: checking for plausibility, completeness, and structure
• Cross-functional collaboration with
developers, project teams, and departments to align on data requirements
• Supporting the further development and optimization of import processes
• General responsibility for the "well-being of the data" within the organization - with a focus on consistency, transparency, and traceability
Yêu cầu
Professional Requirements:
• Basic understanding of freight forwarding processes and data, such as transport costs and billing logic
• Proficient in Excel and at least one data scripting or query language (e.g., SQL)
• Ability to visualize concept & data structured
• Experience with data governance frameworks, data quality tools, or metadata management
• Translate operational requirements into data specifications and improvement plans
• Enabling self-service data access for business users
• Designing and maintaining data pipelines, models, and integration processes
• Understanding of structured data import and system-related data requirements

• Highly conscientious, structured, and detail-oriented
• Assertive, even without disciplinary authority
• Strong communicator - able to effectively work with both developers and operations teams
• Data-driven mindset, with motivation to improve and structure data processes sustainably
