1. Media Strategy & Planning (50%)
Lead the development and presentation of comprehensive, creative, multi-channel media strategies that are tightly aligned with client business objectives.
Continuously research and stay ahead of emerging trends, tools, and media platforms to propose innovative solutions that provide a competitive edge.
Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration of media strategy with overall marketing initiatives.
Strategically manage and allocate media budgets to maximize both reach and impact.
2. Data Analysis (10%) & Performance Optimization (40%)
Core Focus: Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance data from various sources (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, ad-serving platforms).
Turn Data into Action: Translate complex statistical analyses and raw data into valuable, easy-to-understand insights and provide clear, actionable optimization recommendations.
Establish measurement frameworks, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and build insightful analytical reports that emphasize data storytelling.
Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio) is a significant advantage.
3. Leadership & Team Development
Lead, mentor, and hold ultimate accountability for the quality of work produced by the media strategy team.
Train, guide, and develop the professional skills of team members, with a special focus on data analysis and strategic thinking.
Foster an effective, collaborative work environment that encourages creativity and proactivity.
4. Presentation & Client Relations:
Crucial Skill: Prepare and deliver professional, logical, and highly persuasive presentations of plans and performance reports to clients and senior management.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, acting as a reliable and expert strategic media consultant.

In-depth Experience:
A minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a
Digital Marketing Agency.
(As requested) Extensive hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing advertising campaigns on major platforms such as Google Ads , Meta Ads , and TikTok Ads, Ecom platform (Shopee, Lazada,..)
Data & Technical Expertise:
Possess a sharp analytical mindset, a passion for working with numbers, and the ability to uncover insights from data.
Advanced skills in setting up and managing tracking (events, conversions) via Google Tag Manager (GTM) and directly on ad platforms (e.g., Meta Pixel, Google Ads Conversion Tracking, TikTok Events API).
Strongly Preferred: Experience with data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Looker Studio (formerly Google Data Studio), or Power BI.
Strategic Planning Acumen:
A proven track record of successfully building complex media strategies that delivered tangible business results.
A creative, logical thinker who is consistently focused on achieving client goals.
Excellent Presentation Skills:
The ability to distill complex ideas and data into simple, concise, and compelling narratives.
Confident and professional when presenting to audiences and senior-level executives.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrable experience in managing and developing a team.
Strong command of English for both communication and professional presentations is a requirement.
