Mô tả công việc
I. Roles and Responsibilities
• Handle the ticket sent by all countries related to Freight Management System ( Cargo wise)
• Daily monitor the global controlling dashboard and follow up the communication process to remind and control the respective country to meet the required timelines and qualities.
• Review and maintain the Charge template in System for Freight selling and buying rate.
• Standardize, clean-up and maintain the Master Data in Freight Management systems.
• Work as the data and system offshoring service for System update for countries or geography who use the outsourcing service.
• Play the role as the system super users and arrange training for new comers or new station ( if needed)
• Take other additional tasks assigned by supervisors.
Yêu cầu
II. Education and Experience requirements
• College graduation especially in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Data science, IT applications.
• Experience in Cargo wise (CW1) system, JIRA is preferable.
• Excellent in Microsoft office.
• The experience background for global forwarder will be preferable.
III. Job Skills, Personality and Competencies for this position
• Be patient, detailed, careful, responsible, ability to work under pressure.
• Logical thinking and love to work with system and data.
• Be organization, able to find information quickly when needed, critical thinking.
• Communication in both Vietnamese and English skills is requested.
