We're looking for Data Security & Compliance Intern (opportunity to be upgraded to Full-time Employee after Internship).You'll bea partof our Services Sales Team.
What You Will Do
Support the Security/Compliance team in researching, consolidating, and updating requirements related to information security, data protection, risk management, and regulatory compliance in enterprise environments.
Assist in preparing, reviewing, and standardizing project documentation, including policies, procedures, operating guidelines, templates, checklists, and information-gathering materials.
Support the collection, consolidation, and analysis of current-state information to assist with assessment activities, compliance reviews, gap assessments, and Security/Compliance solution implementation.
Coordinate with project team members to prepare client-facing materials, including assessment questionnaires, meeting notes, summary reports, presentation materials, and other relevant project documentation.
Research and stay updated on security and compliance standards, frameworks, and solutions such as ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27701, ISO/IEC 42001, Data Loss Prevention, Information Protection, Data Governance, and enterprise security best practices across industries.
Assist in recording, validating, and consolidating results for basic scenarios during consulting, implementation, or testing activities related to Security/Compliance solutions under the guidance of the responsible team.
Track and summarize project tasks, issues, additional requirements, and follow-up actions throughout the project implementation process.
Support the preparation of progress reports, project summary documents, internal training materials, and other content required for consulting or client implementation activities.
Perform other Security/Compliance-related support tasks as assigned by the direct manager or project team.
Requirements
Good command of English (written and spoken)
Entry level, 3rd/4th-year students or fresher to 6 months of experience
Possess basic knowledge in core IT principles, Standard, Framework, and background/major in Information Security
Hands-on experience is a plus
