Mô tả công việc
• Follow up, support and drive dealer programs & key FY26 AFS Division projects to achieve BP
• Visit DLRs regularly to monitor and improve operation (organization, facility, soft skills)
• Support dealer in certification, new dealer setup, dealer standards, etc.
• Manage DLR`s 58 activities and standard service processes
• Ensure dealer compliance with aftersales policies and take prompt corrective actions
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in automotive / mechanical engineering
• Having from 3 years' experience in automotive field (dealer/ aftersales preferred)
• Proficient in English and good command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good communication, reporting skills, problem-solving,
• Possible for regularly business trip
• B2 license
