Mô tả công việc
Lead and Develop the Development Team: Responsible for building, developing, and maintaining the team of
software engineers,
project managers, and support departments to meet customer needs and drive company growth.
Project Management and Quality Commitment: Ensur e projects are executed on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with the quality standards committed to clients. Monitor and coordinate projects to ensure customer satisfaction.
Establish and Maintain Customer Relationships: Work closely with major clients to ensure services are delivered in line with their needs, maintaining and developing long-term client relationships.
Budget and Financial Management: Responsible for managing the software center's budget, ensuring efficient resource utilization and achieving financial goals.
Ensure Compliance with Processes and Regulations: Ensure the team adheres to internal processes, regulations, and industry standards (such as ISO, CMMI) to maintain quality and operational efficiency.
Yêu cầu
At least 5 years of experience in project management/software development, with preference given to candidates who have experience in IT outsourcing companies.
Experience in managing and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with international clients.
Knowledgeable in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall) and tools such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
Excellent time management, team leadership, and problem-solving skills.
A technical background is an advantage.
Fluent in English or Japanese, both spoken and written.
