Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to drive delivery excellence across multiple teams, projects, and initiatives within a complex and fast-growing technology organization.
This role will take ownership of cross-team delivery, delivery governance, project security, capacity planning, dependency management, and execution predictability
. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, QA, Security, Project Management, and senior leadership to ensure that commitments are realistic, risks are visible, and initiatives are delivered safely and sustainably.
The ideal candidate is a strong delivery leader who can challenge unrealistic commitments, resolve cross-team dependencies, strengthen governance, and balance business priorities with technical and operational realities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Cross-Team Delivery Management
Own delivery outcomes across multiple teams, projects, and concurrent initiatives
.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, QA, DevOps, Security, and Project Management.
Manage cross-team dependencies, shared resources, integration points, and delivery constraints
.
Identify delivery bottlenecks and drive resolution across teams and functions.
Ensure teams remain aligned on priorities, milestones, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
2. Delivery Governance & Predictability
Establish and maintain delivery governance, standards, processes, and operating rhythms across assigned domains.
Ensure delivery commitments are based on validated capacity, scope, dependencies, risks, and quality criteria
.
Review and validate delivery plans, milestones, forecasts, and release readiness.
Monitor delivery health through appropriate KPIs, milestones, risks, dependencies, and delivery metrics
.
Identify systemic delivery risks and drive corrective actions before they impact business outcomes.
Continuously improve delivery predictability, transparency, and execution discipline.
3. Delivery Authority & Decision Making
Act as the delivery authority for assigned projects, platforms, or domains.
Challenge commitments that exceed available capacity or introduce unacceptable delivery risks.
Drive re-prioritization and trade-off discussions when business ambition conflicts with execution capacity.
Validate initiative-level delivery dates in partnership with Product and Project leadership.
Make or facilitate decisions on delivery readiness and release readiness
.
Escalate critical delivery issues with clear options, impact analysis, and recommendations.
4. Project Security & Risk Management
Work closely with Security, Engineering, DevOps, and Product teams to ensure security requirements are incorporated into project planning and delivery.
Ensure security risks, vulnerabilities, dependencies, and remediation activities are appropriately tracked and governed.
Ensure projects meet required security, compliance, and risk-management standards before major releases.
Identify security-related delivery risks that may impact timelines, scope, or release readiness.
Support security reviews, risk assessments, and remediation planning across projects.
Ensure security considerations are embedded into the delivery lifecycle
, rather than addressed only before release.
5. Product & Stakeholder Alignment
Partner with Product and Technology leadership to align business priorities with delivery capacity and technical feasibility
.
Ensure delivery implications, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs are clearly understood before commitments are made.
Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Provide senior leadership with clear visibility into delivery status, risks, dependencies, capacity, and forecast
.
Resolve cross-functional conflicts through structured analysis and fact-based decision making.
6. People Leadership & Delivery Capability
Lead, mentor, and develop Delivery Managers, Project Managers, and other delivery-focused professionals
.
Establish clear accountability and ownership across delivery teams.
Coach teams and delivery leaders on planning, risk management, dependency management, and execution discipline.
Raise overall delivery maturity through standards, governance, coaching, and continuous improvement
.
Foster a culture of ownership, transparency, accountability, and sustainable delivery
.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Delivery Management, Program Management, Senior Project Management, or a similar leadership role.
Proven experience managing multiple teams, projects, and complex cross-functional delivery environments
.
Strong experience in software / technology delivery within large or rapidly scaling organizations.
Demonstrated experience in cross-team dependency management and delivery governance
.
Experience managing delivery risks, capacity, planning, forecasting, and release readiness.
Experience working with Security, DevOps, QA, Engineering, and Product teams.
Experience leading, mentoring, or developing delivery professionals.
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and/or hybrid delivery models
.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across both technical and executive audiences.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to challenge assumptions and drive difficult trade-off discussions.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in iGaming, gaming, fintech, payments, SaaS, or other high-availability technology environments
.
Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments
.
Understanding of application / infrastructure security and security governance within software delivery.
Experience with integration-heavy, platform-based, or vendor-dependent environments
.
Experience working with distributed or international teams.
