Delivery Manager

Vinova is hiring a Delivery Manager in Ho Chi Minh City to manage a portfolio of IT outsourcing (ITO) engagements for Singapore clients. You will own client outcomes, delivery quality and margin, and lead the engineering teams behind them across our Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang and Hanoi delivery centers.

THE ROLE
Location: Ho Chi Minh City
Reports to: Head of Delivery
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Manage a portfolio of concurrent ITO engagements, from dedicated teams and staff augmentation to fixed-price and T&M projects.
Make sure every engagement delivers what we promised, on time and to the quality our clients expect.
Spot risks early, manage scope changes and step in personally when an engagement needs turning around.
Lead your project managers directly, and through them the team leads and engineers across three sites.
Coach your people, set clear goals and run performance reviews that help them grow.
Develop the next generation of project managers and team leads.
Keep your teams engaged and motivated, including engineers working inside client teams.
Anticipate staffing needs and work with Talent Acquisition to build teams on time.
Be the trusted delivery partner for client managers, mainly in Singapore, and share growth opportunities with the Sales team.
Track delivery performance and margin, and report progress to the Head of Delivery each month.
Contribute delivery expertise to proposals, renewals and tenders.
WHAT YOU BRING
8+ years in software development or IT services, including 3+ years as a Delivery Manager or Senior Project Manager.
An engineering background (developer, tester or tech lead) with enough depth to challenge estimates and judge technical risk.
Experience leading 30+ people across multiple concurrent engagements, including direct management of project managers.
IT outsourcing or IT services experience, with a solid grasp of dedicated team and staff augmentation models.
Experience leading multi-site or offshore teams for international clients, ideally Singapore or APAC.
A track record against delivery KPIs: utilisation, margin, on-time delivery and CSAT.
Strong people leadership: goal setting, performance reviews, coaching and handling underperformance.
Fluent English for client-facing communication and executive reporting.
Nice to have
Public-sector or regulated-industry delivery (government, finance, healthcare).
Resource management or workforce planning experience in a services business.
Familiarity with AWS or Azure and modern delivery practices (Agile, CI/CD).
PMP, PMI-ACP, PSM/CSM or PRINCE2 certification.
