Job Summary

Provide support for daily work; work with the supervisor team to maintain reports; manage functions to improve work efficiency.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Track production schedules and communicate any risks that may impact delivery commitments.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment between departments.
Coordinate with Planning, IE, Quality, and Production teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely issue resolution.
Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management review.
Prepare ad-hoc reports and data analysis as requested by management.
Collect production data and prepare production reports for management review.
Utilize reporting tools, Excel, Power BI, AI tools, and other systems to improve reporting efficiency and data accuracy.

Scope of Responsibility

Handle a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks and work independently with little or no supervision.

Minimum Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree, preferably majoring in English or Business Administration.

Experience

At least 2 years of working experience in manufacturing, preferably in the furniture or garment industry.

Knowledge

Good computer skills, familiar with computers and very good at Excel.
Good command of English & Chinese.
Good written and verbal communication skills.

Good integrity and sense of confidentiality.
High sense of urgency and result-oriented.
Strong team spirit, interpersonal and coordination skills.
Willingness to learn new things and ability to learn and apply new knowledge.
Ability to work independently.
