Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Deputy Accounting Manager (Manufacturing, $1,400, ID22846):
Daily Operations: Directly supervise team workflow; review and validate transaction documents, accounting entries, and payment requests; collaborate with inter-departmental teams to streamline operational procedures.
Cash Flow Management: Build, monitor, and analyze weekly, annual, and detailed cash flow forecasts.
Monthly Closing & Control: Spearhead the period-end closing schedule; control raw data input from various departments into the ERP system; execute cost calculation and finalize ERP closing reports.
Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare Financial Statements under Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS); consolidate inventory balances, stock counts, sales data, and profitability variances.
Group & Audit Compliance: Coordinate quarterly reviews with external auditors to generate IFRS-compliant reports adhering to group standards.
Scope of Control: Manage overall accounting functions for the corporate headquarters and one subsidiary within the corporate group.

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree majoring in Finance or Accounting.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a Deputy Accounting Manager or General Accountant role within an FDI manufacturing enterprise.
Solid expertise in financial reporting, product costing, inventory management, and tax compliance.
Proficient in using ERP accounting systems and advanced Excel skills for complex data handling.
Good command of English.
Strong leadership, task delegation, and team management capabilities.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a Deputy Accounting Manager or General Accountant role within an FDI manufacturing enterprise.
Solid expertise in financial reporting, product costing, inventory management, and tax compliance.
Proficient in using ERP accounting systems and advanced Excel skills for complex data handling.
Good command of English.
Strong leadership, task delegation, and team management capabilities.

Insurance & Social Security: Social, health, and unemployment insurance coverage enrolled immediately from the first month of probation, calculated on 100% of the official base salary.
Fixed 13th-month bonus.
Overtime compensation calculated at 150% for weekdays, 200% for Sundays, and 300% for public holidays based on the insurance salary bracket.
Transportation Allowance: Daily company shuttle bus service provided for employee commute (and negotiable shuttle support for interview rounds).
100% salary paid during the 2-month probation period.
